iPSCs are derived from somatic cells including dermal fibroblast, peripheral blood, lymphoblast, and other cells using integration free methods. A fully characterization panel is included to ensure the highest quality of the cells generated.

Isogenic lines are generated using state-of-the-art gene editing technology to ensure the on-target modifications without off-target effects.
